Green Ruched Women's Top

stunning 90s pastel baby green blouse. really cool cinched front with a marbled green circle pulling it all in. label size 12. pit to pit laying flat is 18.5in, waist/smallest part of top is just over 15in. length from shoulder to bottom is just under 22in. material has stretch! item is in great used vintage condition, there is a small pull on the back (see pictures) but it is in otherwise very good shape.
