This dress is so cute! Green satin with a pattern of little bursts. This has an elastic waist. Whats really cool about it is the extreme cowl neck that has a weight sewn in so it doesn't lose its shape. No tag Waist - 15 Pit to pit - 16" Hips 19 Length - 45 The photo has a yellow tint to show what the real green color looks like. Otherwise it was too blue.
