This is simply an awesome sweater! Open neckline with a slightly ruffled collar, flared sleeves at the wrist and a flower at the closure, positioned just under the bust. Tag has been removed, fabric is a slightly chunky polyester knit. Measurements: p2p 17" arm length 27" shoulder to hem 22"
