Green Velvet High-Waisted Skirt Italian

This is a gorgeous saturated dark green velvet skirt from Italian designer Rocco Barocco. High waisted fit. Gold button. Fits at 25 Waist. Bought from Vintage store. There are some imperfections when purchased. See the small brown marks near the pocket in the second and third picture. I've worn this a handful of times and the marks aren't very noticeable unless you're looking closely. (See last photo). Skirt has been priced accordingly.
