Green dress with sequin detailing and ruched style

This is a cute stylish dress. Don’t know the size but it will be provided. Ruched style on right side. Sleeves are very small in width so probably good for someone with tiny arms. There is a stain in the left armpit shown in picture. Pit to pit 21-21.5” Length 37” Hard to do a pit to pit because it seems to be a dolman style. One side I think is meant to fit off the shoulder. No fabric content tag inside.
