Green floral high neck long sleeve blouse

Beautiful unique piece. Excellent condition. No flaws. Purchased at a boutique in Toronto. Worn once. Green/blue tones in a floral pattern. Slightly sheer. High mock neck with a collar and button closure at the back. Could be worn backwards as well for a front collar with peekaboo neck. No size tag but fits like a medium. Unsure of brand or designer. Tag says “Boutique. Made with Handsome Mind. Specially for Chic Girl”.
