NWT This cute dress gives me Bridgerton vibes, The top can be worn off the shoulder or on. The tag says XS but since it is loose it can probably fit up to a medium, depending on how loose you want it. It would also make a great maternity dress! Only selling because it doesn’t fit me the way I wanted, but I missed the return window.
