Gretchen from Recess Halloween Costume

Looking for the perfect halloween costume??? This dress makes for the best Gretchen from Recess. I also have the white top underneath if you want it but it has some small stains on it. The dress is a size medium and will fit a 4-6 and maybe an 8. I was a 6-8 in the picture. I am in Toronto if you would like to try it on.
