Grey Pinstripe Tulip Skirt

Grey Pinstripe Tulip Skirt. Fully lined. No stains; hem looks like it needs to be redone in the front but that is the only flaw. First picture is the front, second is the back. (Looks better in person than in the pictures! I didn't have a proper hanger for it) Tag says 22, but I feel it fits smaller. If you would like measurement or additional photos, please ask!
