Grey Uniqlo Accordion skirt Small

Cute and comfortable accordion skirt from Uniqlo. Good used condition. Size small, I’m usually an XS but it has a stretchy waistband and could be sized up or down. Lined. Length is about 17” top to bottom. I’m 5’4 and it’s about 1 inch above my knee. See photo of tag for waist and hip measurements.
