Grey and white striped midi or maxi skirt

Handmade vintage skirt. No tags, but feels like a cotton/linen blend, or maybe full linen. No stretch, but there is a tie-up on the top. The size would be around a 10-12. I'm a 14 and it technically fit, but since there is no stretch, it was a bit tight going on and off. A slightly smaller person would be able to use the tie and it would fit much better. Super nice shape. The length is about mid-lower calf on me and I'm 5'5.
