Grey banana republic mini skirt

Grey high waisted banana republic mini skirt. Tighter at the hips and then flowing towards the bottom. Double layered - has a slip layer underneath for against the skin. Zipper and clasp on the back. Labeled as a size 0 but I included actual measurements for more accuracy. Waist - 13” Length - 17”
