Grey towelling knot heels

Won a contest and again these didn’t fit me. They’re my favourites and I was super upset they didn’t fit me but oh well. I’ve tried them on but other than that they’re still brand new and in the box. I got them in black too and the black one fits me they’re SUPER comfy. They fit a size 9US/39EU/6UK they fit on wide feet as well as narrow because you can adjust it. But they were too long for my feet.
