Gucci Black Leather Loafers with Gold Accent

Black leather loafers, size 41. I think they are authentic but I am not sure. There are some scratches on the leather (see photos) but overall in good condition. The sole of the right shoe is detached, the ones on the left are not. I don't have the invoice that proves their authenticity
