Gucci Tuxedo Patent Formal Leather Heels

These are in great shape. I have no clue how to clean patent leather. It looks like some of the scuffs may be white paint. I didn’t want to try anything so as to not ruin the shoe. The buckle has a small Gucci stamped on it.
