Results in a doe-eyed look! ~To use: Load wand by inserting into powder (may need to tap against hard surface to loosen powder). Place against water line of eye and sweep outward. Under lashes gives a darker, more mysterious look. Both are in Gently loved condition and have been UV sterilized. ~Brush and wand have been washed in Chlorhexidine 4% prior to UV treatment to reduce contamination. Sold as a set only.
