Guess Cheetah Print Sheer & Velvet Print Duster

Good used condition long duster like cardigan. It’s sheer with a raised cheetah print in black velvet. There’s fabric coloured buttons. On the left side of the closure some of the fabric has come undone where it covers the black ribbon belt. Check out last photo to see. I believe it actually is meant to be tucked back inside.
