Guess Halter Top Dress

Really unique halter top/dress from Guess. It’s a thick sweater material,super soft, with striped pattern. Halter neck design, is adjustable with the tie. I don’t know if it’s upped to be a long too or a shorter dress, I believe it’s a top, but I do wear it as a dress. Is a size medium, is suppose to be a flowy, looser fit. Super 90s, Y2K vibes.
