Guess Strapless Dress/Skirt

Size M Can be worn as a strapless dress or skirt, depending on style and fit. Shirred portion is quite stretchy. There's patches of wooden beads and clear sequins throughout. They are securely attached, but a few threads are a bit looser, see the bead circled red in last photo.
