Guess black circle rose skirt

Black Guess circle skirt with shiny rose fabric. Zipper and hook at back of waist. Pockets. Waist is 13 inches across. Material unknown but has thick feel and somewhat shiny appearance. On trend for Spring/Summer, as the runways were full of roses and classic black and white looks. Would look so cute with a pair of MaryJanes or ballerina flats.
