Do these have any stretch? Are they low rise?

@je38011 sorry for the delay. The measurement from the crotch seam to the top of the front is 8”. They have some stretch - tag says 98% cotton 2% spandex

@marikahbrook thanks so much! Would you say these fit like a jegging all the way down? Or pucker or bunch up st all around the knee ? You know what I mean..?
