Straps not adjustable Double lined Seam at about 15.5’’ from top of shoulder strap so depending on body about at natural waist, not empire, less stretch at the waist because of the seam, waist about 13.5’’ Back zipper Fabric with a lot of stretch I really want to keep just have no where to wear it Shell (lace bit) 100% nylon Lining 100% polyester 17’’ across back, stretches to about 21’’ but at most, very stretchy Length about 35’’
