Guess pencil skirt - brand new- black- M

Never worn. Size M- but fits 27 inch waist/size 4. Snug fit, but has alot of stretch. When laid flat, measures at approx. 13.5 inches in waist. Stretches to approx. 14.5 inches. Approx. 20.5 inches long. Side panels on skirt are faux suede, very luxurious detail. Rest of fabric is 66% rayon, 28% nylon, 6% spandex.
