Guess spring floral blouse

Folk style blouse with buttons up the front. Dark blue embroidery on trim along bottom of blouse and throughout. Elastic ruffle at the waist. Pretty sheer print with dark blue, light blue / periwinkle flowers. Looks great with dark wash jeans. Like new condition
