Hi, could you please give flat waist and inseam measurements. Do these have ant stretch?

@boomerrangs hi. I just took a picture of the care label and see these are labelled as a 24. Maybe that’s why they are too small.
They were sold to me as a 27. I didn’t even notice until just now.
I will have to change the listing.
Waist 14 inches across the back. 33 inch inseam. 98% cotton 2% spandex. Some stretch but not a lot.
