Gwendolyne Hand made hat in Toronto

Such a unique hat, it does feel like it is wool. however there is no tags on it. The only tag inside has the makers name. Everything she makes is by hand. In the photos, I have put two write ups about her. I measured the inside rim and it’s approximately 20 inches.
