This sports bra has clasps in the back to adjust the band size and the straps are also adjustable. Super comfortable high neck and double lined with a solid black material underneath and a mesh layer on top. There are no cups in the sports bra but there are holes to put them in. I’d say the sports bra is medium to high support.
