Gorgeous blue V neck dress. Depending on how much bum or chest you have it hits approximately mid thigh. The fabric doesn’t have much stretch & because of the few inches of reinforced stitching at the collar bone it gives extra structure to the shoulder and the waist tie gives a beautiful silhouette even though it has a slouchy fit.
