EUC Black high-low tunic blouse with side slits (NOT A DRESS), sheer with short stretchy top underneath. Note sleeves have been hemmed up (not cut) - see below and images for measurements. Neck trim and the lining is stretchy, the rest of the top is not. Measurements: - length from shoulder seam is 37” front and 41-42” back - length of lining top is 16” - bust is 20” flat and same all the way down to side slit - slit is 11” down from underarm seam - upper sleeve is 7” flat - sleeve lenth is 16” but has been hemmed up 2.5”
