H by Halston black leather look pleated tea length dress

A beautiful formal tea length dress with an edge. This baby is ready to take you dancing! The black pleated skirt has a leather look but is light and flowy. Classic sleek H by Halston design offers a timeless look that is both stylish and versatile. This item is pure black and challenging to photograph so I have used photos from other listings. The last few are mine of the actual dress, which is in excellent condition with no damage and hook and eye clasp in place on the back. Bust measure 18” across. Waist is 17” across. Skirt measures 31.5” from waist to bottom. . *Please note, this item has been minimally worn. It is not new with tags.
