H by Halston blouse

This is a beautiful black and cream lined patterned dress blouse. It has really nice tiny pleat details at front yolk area. Also had nice cuff with loop button closure and shoulder details. It is in excellent second hand condition , no flaws. Has more if a dressy feel to it . Feels like silk but made of polyester , easy to care for.
