HALE BOB - Black Patent Stacked Block High Heel 4.5" Shoes 8.5

Black HALE BOB Patent Leather 4.5" heels size 8.5 Unworn - the 4.5" stacked block heel was always too high! The patent has a wrinkly look to it, but I've done twist tests with no flaking or issues. Unsure if it is a design move or not. EUC - smokefree MICNDM
