HANDMADE Blue Patterned Women's Sweater

this item is handmade. I believe it is wool due to the feel so I wouldn't advise to hand wash, cold, lay flat and dry. fits like a smaller medium... I am 5'8.. 150 lb.... it fits me well and hits right at my hip bone. I'm just looking for a new style this year. and hoping someone will love it like I did.
