Asymmetrical necklace with silver and black metal chain trimmed with glass and acrylic beads and small silver cogs. The Siamese anatomical heart-shaped pendant is grey, silver and flesh colored, slightly iridescent. It is entirely modeled by hand, inlaid with small mechanical parts, then painted and patinated in black and purple. This necklace is a unique piece.
