Beautiful lightweight midi dress. Features puff sleeves, square neckline, a full tiered skirt, and elasticated waist. Such a unique and lovely piece! Absolutely no tags and white interior thread lead me to believe it is handmade. Feels like cotton. Would fit a women’s small to medium best. PTP is variable due to large sleeves. Waist 10.5” flat, 16 fully stretched. Fits empire waist. Length from shoulder to hem 44”
