HANDMADE vintage summer stripe dress in heavy cotton

Purchased this handmade dress at a vintage market in Toronto in 2019. Estimated US size 4. I assume it is handmade as there is no tags and the fabric is a heavy cotton that seems to be repurposed. Very cute and perfect for a summer day. Mesurements taken flat: waist 13"; ptp 17"; overall length 32". See detail photos for imperfections in fabric on bodice back, and one discolouration on skirt back.
