The size label reads large but the fit is small so i labelled it small. pit to pit: 17 inches shoulder to bottom: 23” navy blue fabric with fall leaves Sparkly buttons on cuffs and top button hidden buttons below no fabric label so unsure if exact blend. Assume polyester nylon blend only because it is not stretchy and it does not wrinkle easy. As you can see the blouse is well designed and hangs nice.
