HBC Stripes Rain Poncho in NAVY One Size WITH TAGS

A fabulous rain poncho made by HBC STRIPES. 100% nylon and rainproof. Never used, and still in original packaging, with tags. I have two available for purchase. *Pictures taken with my husband's HBC Stripes rain poncho, which he is keeping. The other two are still sealed (unopened) in original packaging. A ONE SIZE fits all rain poncho with lovely HBC Stripes accents. Large front pocket accommodates cell phone and wallet. Snaps on either side of poncho create "sleeves"
