High cut halter neck with varied beads and rope like detailing, double button detailing at the back of neck. Sleeveless. Elasticized waist. Flowing skirt. Lined. There is a bit of makeup residue on the lining by the neckline. I don’t believe any beads are missing, but some are a touch loose.
