There are several ways to authenticate a CHANEL bag &one of those is by the zipper. Heavy usage areas of a bag will typically use a Lampo zipper stamped on the top or underside of the zipper. Smaller areas such as pockets will typically use Eclair, DMC, OPTI DMC, or EP (Eclair Prym) zippers. Newer bags all use a combination of CHANEL, Lampo & YKK zippers. If you have an item with a YKK zipper, it tells you the item is quality!! Eclair, EP, DMC, OPTI DMC will be found in older vintage bags!
