HGS Retro 50s Style Dress Pleated with Raised Velvet Pattern Sz L

Retro 50s Style Dress from HGS, a UK brand that is no longer. A heavier weight dress, definitely fall/winter appropriate, in a dark grey/charcoal colour with a raised velvet pattern all over that is soft and adds a touch of femininity and intrigue! Scoop neck with pleats at the neckline as well as through the body of the skirt giving the skirt a lot of body. 1/2 sleeve style with integrated shoulder pads and zippered entry at the back. Measurements are approx., taken from flat lay. Pit to pit: 18.5”, Waist: 15.5”, Sleeve length: 14.5”, Length: 39” In very good condition, some light pilling (minimal) and the raised velvet pattern is a little worn down/not as bright under the arms. I believe it has just rubbed down during wear, as shown. Note: There is no materials tag in the dress, only tag is the size tag.
