K377 Highpoint Women's Navy Blue Snow Pants. Size says XL but I think these would fit M/L better. Measurements (with garment laid flat) - Length - 44.5", Waist - 20", Hips - 24", Waist to Crotch - 16", Inseam - 30.5". Material: Shell - 100% Nylon, Lining - 100% Polyester, Coating - 100% PVC. Waist has adjustable velcro tab belt, and there are two pockets at waist. Inner elasticated boot cuffs. Very good condition - not worn much.
