H&M Black Floral Long Sleeve Dress Slicker with High Neck and Fabric Buttons

This looks like a Victorian style dress but the fabric feels like a light raincoat. I bought this to be a stylish raincoat over formal wear and dresses. But could also be worn as a dress. Features long sleeves and fabric buttons all the way up to a high ruffled neckline.
