This piece is in great condition. It didn't cling to me. Can easily be worn with a pair of tights and boots or with no bottoms and sandles as a dress. Lovely spekled design with black on the shoulders. The dress is lined from the waist down. Size 4 Pit to pit 18.5" Shoulder to waist 17" Waist to hem, front 17" Waist to hem, back 18.5" Measurements are approximate. *Sold as is.
