- flowy, maxi dress in bright azure/cerulean blue - ruffled detail around neckline and waist. exaggerated bubble sleeves that end in cinched tie-up cuffs. - tied neckline to create 7.5" keyhole or an open v-neckline - elastic waist with strings to tie at each side. fabric is 100% viscose. Unlined. - EUC - excellent used condition. Only worn a couple of times, tiny flaws to note -- some specks from wear on the front of the garment but not visible when wearing (circled example in photo 15 to see how tiny). - small stitching pull at the right side of the neckline (photo 14) Approx.
