H&M Confetti Hearts Navy Blue Long Sleeve Blouse w Ruffle Trim

Size 2 Never worn, BNWOT Top is light and airy, feels like cotton but is viscose. Long sleeved, slightly cropped, but not above the belly button. Would work great with a high waisted skirt or pants. Small keyhole in the back below the button. I never wore this because I have big arms and felt stuck in the sleeves/shoulder area. Measurements upon request! Clearing out clothes I bought that I don't have any hope of fitting into! Just starting to list; lots more to come!
