H&M Dark Necktie Blouse

This blouse by H&M is made of 100% polyester and is black with a light off-white/beige wheat-like pattern. The sleeves are long and buttoned on the cuffs and the bottom of the blouse has a rounded hem. The feature of the blouse is the collar, which is flat and extends into two long pieces, creating a built-in necktie. Below this accent, the blouse's neckline is v-shaped and there are a couple pleats on either side of it, adding dimension (see pic 5). There is also a thin black lining in the front of the blouse, but I'm not 100% sure how that fits in here. The blouse is in good condition. This piece is marked as a size, but measures more like a size 2. This might indicate that the intended fit is a little looser (as there is no stretch) but if you have a smaller bust, a 2 might be alright.
