Waist can be loosened or cinched. Machine wash cold/Hang dry. Size XS Approximate laid flat measurements: Pit to pit 19", waist 17"(before cinching), length from waist to bottom hem 31" **If you are shorter in height this will likely fit in between a midi & a maxi dress.
