H&M EUC cotton dress XS blue white stripe

Reposhing this item I purchased from @oljmitchell. Loved it, it’s a bit big on me. It can definitely fit a small. It’s a looser fit. Has lovely sleeves that can be puffed up. Easy breezy dress! Questions? Leave a comment below!
