Lightly lined foam padding, underwire and side stays. There is a strap on the inside of the straps to keep the breasts centred. The band is of light t-shirt type material and has silicone strips to help keep the bra in place. Straps are not included, although there are loops for them to hook into should you have some to transfer. The engineering on this bra is interesting as it is light weight, yet it still has some upscale components. I don't think this bra is for someone who needs a lot of support, but for those who are "perky" this bra might be just fine - and more comfortable! *P1065
